Elizabeth is the Class of 2023 representative for Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, studying in the pre-physical therapy track with a minor in Spanish. Apart from Dean's Advisory Council, she is a member of Phi Mu, Alpha Epsilon Delta Pre-Professional Health Honor Society, Alpha Lambda Delta, Club Softball, EMS Club, and Admissions Call Center.

During her undergraduate time at HPU, Jessie was a member of Kappa Delta sorority, HPU EMS, the neuroscience club, the pre-medicine society, and HPU Civitan.
