How do I pay my student’s housing deposit?

  • Due by 2/15/16
  • Payment Options:
    • https://my.highpoint.edu (same username and password as MyStuff)
    • Mail check to Office of Student Accounts with Student ID in memo line.
    • Make payment via phone at 336-841-9089. 2.75% fee applies to all card transactions.

When will I receive my 2015 1098T tax form?

Mailed out on 1/29/16 by ECSI-Hartland in Pennsylvania.

  • Digital copy of 1098T is available via https://my.highpoint.edu under the 1098T tab in the student menu.
  • Any questions about 1098T’s should be directed to ECSI at 866-428-1098.

When will I receive my financial aid refund?

  • Federal financial aid disbursed on 1/22/16 and refund checks have now been issued to the student’s home address on file if disbursement resulted in a credit. Per law, all surplus from Federal loans must be returned to the borrower.

Why is there is a business office hold on my account?

  • A business office hold on a student’s account is the result of an outstanding balance owed to HPU. This will prevent students from registration privileges, adding/dropping courses, and from viewing official transcripts.
