This month, we welcomed thousands of families to campus for Spring Family Weekend. We are very blessed and thankful.
Because we value your feedback, we invited parents who attended to take a Family Weekend survey. We received overwhelmingly positive responses, as well as many messages of thanks for the life skills and values HPU instills in students. I am not surprised, but I am delighted to see how much our families appreciate HPU’s distinct approach to education.
You’ll appreciate that this month’s Parent Perspective showcases HPU’s commitment to academic innovation and experiential learning through remarkable student achievements and impactful community initiatives. From setting a record with 11 Fulbright semifinalists to learning from global leaders like former United Kingdom Prime Minister Boris Johnson and former Dallas Mavericks CEO Cynt Marshall, our students are gaining invaluable experiences. You’ll also read about HPU alumni launching a business with support from professional athletes, students co-hosting a Valentine’s Dance for people with disabilities and HPU’s $500,000 donation to provide affordable housing in High Point—demonstrating leadership and community impact beyond the classroom.
HPU’s faculty are not only experts in their disciplines, they’re also caring coaches and mentors focused on connecting meaningful experiences to classroom content to create well-rounded individuals ready to take on the world as it is going to be. Our campus is not only equipped with the finest technology for learning, but also engineered to help your student reach their fullest potential.
Our Office of Career and Professional Development continues offering students several workshops each week. They will also host a Spring Career and Internship Expo on Wednesday, March 12, in our Conference Center.
As enrollment continues to grow, so do HPU’s academic programs. That’s why HPU continues to receive numerous rankings as a top university in the nation. The world has taken notice of HPU’s academic excellence, and as coursework nurtures the mind of your student, HPU’s holistic education extends to nurture their hearts and souls.
