A Message from Emily Long, Assistant Director of Career Advising

Dear Parents,

Earlier this month, President Qubein reminded HPU’s 2025 graduates that nothing is impossible and their futures are bright. Commencement speaker Jane Seymour, an Emmy and Golden Globe-winning actress, encouraged graduates to embrace life’s changes. See highlights from their speeches and the weekend here.

As our graduates begin careers and enter graduate programs, HPU undergraduates begin internships, undergraduate research, and other experiential learning opportunities.

The Class of 2025

The Class of 2025 leaves their campus eager to make the world a better place. You’ll appreciate merely a few examples of our graduates entering esteemed graduate school programs or beginning employment with impressive organizations. These graduates, like so many of their peers, are establishing their own pathways toward a life of both success and significance.

Current Students

Internships are an essential career-building experience for HPU students. Each year, our students commence summer internships at companies including Morgan Stanley, Target, Wasserman, PayPal, Coca-Cola Consolidated, Labcorp and many more.

The Class of 2029

In August, we anticipate welcoming our largest freshman class yet, full of energy and talent, as they are eager to experience our values-based learning environment. As summer arrives, many high school juniors and seniors begin to visit colleges. Please encourage your friends and family members who are seeking a transformational college experience to visit High Point University. Campus visits may be scheduled here. Parent advocacy plays an essential role in the continued development of our institution that has transformed lives since its founding in 1924.
