As students, we do not say thank you often enough for the sacrifices, encouragement, and support that make our experience at High Point University possible. On behalf of the student body, I want to express our sincere gratitude. Your investment in our education and growth is making a profound difference in our lives and providing us with an extraordinary foundation for the future.
At High Point University, every student receives an extraordinary education in an inspiring environment with caring people®. That promise extends far beyond the classroom. Through the Student Government Association, students are given meaningful opportunities to lead, serve, collaborate, and grow throughout their time at HPU.
As President of the Student Government Association, one of my greatest priorities is to help create opportunities for students to develop both personally and professionally. I also have the privilege of representing the voices and perspectives of students across campus, working to ensure their HPU experience challenges them, supports them, and prepares them to become the leaders they are called to be.
SGA is proud to fund and support more than 150 student organizations as they serve local and global communities, pursue research and educational opportunities, attend professional conferences, and create meaningful experiences for their fellow students. SGA also provides a platform for students to share their perspectives, contribute their talents, and take an active role in shaping the campus community.
It is an incredible honor to serve the student body and to work alongside so many students who are committed to making a positive impact at HPU and beyond. I want every student to know that I am here not only as their Student Government President, but also as a resource, peer, and friend.
