Recorded Role-Play Labs

HPU’s sales role-play labs are individual rooms furnished to recreate one of the hardest selling situations, an in-person meeting with an important prospect in a real business setting. Every call is digitally recorded so the student and professor can review it together.

Intercollegiate Sales Competitions

Faculty coach HPU teams that travel to intercollegiate sales competitions, including a second-place finish among 30 schools at the 2023 National Sales Challenge. Every Selling Club competitor has received job or internship offers from those events. The Princeton Review gives High Point University a 95 out of 99 rating for professor accessibility, based on its student surveys.

Two Sales Career Fairs a Year

Sponsoring companies run two on-campus sales career fairs each year. Each is a three-day event with networking, class presentations and a speed selling competition. Sales managers also join students through the year for interviews, business dinners and class panels.
