HPU will kick off Welcome Week 2026 with three, action-packed days of training, book and package delivery, and moving in the Class of 2030. We need YOUR help! In preparation for their arrival, we ask for your assistance in providing a warm welcome to our new students and their families. It is our student HPU Move-In Crew volunteers that make this special tradition such a memorable experience.

Move-In Crew Details
- Move in early WITHOUT paying an extra fee!
- All volunteers will enjoy complimentary meals and will also receive one of the famous Move-In Crew tie dye shirts.
- Participation in all of the move-in crew activities and events are mandatory.
*Note: Upperclassmen who do not participate in Move-In Crew will be assigned a move-in date of Sunday, August 16 from noon to 6:00 PM. Any student who moves in before this date and time, and not part of Move-In Crew, will incurr a $100 per day early arrival fee. Additional information can be found on the Upperclassmen Move-In page.
