2024 – 2025 Federal Student Loans

Students can accept or decline their federal direct subsidized/unsubsidized loans online through the  Student Financial Planning Portal.  Students wishing to modify or accept only part of the federal direct loans offered will need to print and complete a paper loan form. This form will be available early in 2024.

 

For your protection and the security of your personal and financial information please do NOT email these forms to our office. They can be returned to our office via secured fax at 336-841-4649, US postal mail (Office of Student Financial Planning, One University Parkway, Drawer #49, High Point, NC  27268) or in person to Room 100 on the first floor of Roberts Hall.
