We are committed to fostering a supportive learning environment where students are challenged to think critically, collaborate effectively, and strive for excellence.
The Write-On Competition
The High Point University Law Review Write-On Competition provides students with the opportunity to demonstrate their legal research, analytical writing, and Bluebook citation skills. During the competition period, participants will receive and complete a closed-universe legal prompt that includes a case note or comment component and a citation exercise. All necessary information and guidelines will be provided within the prompt. Submissions are evaluated anonymously to ensure a fair and equitable selection process. The Write-On Competition is designed to identify students who exhibit strong attention to detail, thoughtful legal analysis, and a commitment to academic excellence – qualities essential to membership on the High Point University Law Review.
