You know their strengths and characteristics better than anyone. Encourage your student to take full advantage of the Office of Career and Professional Development to help convey their strengths to employers and graduate schools.
Gaining experience during the summer often leads to successful outcomes. Employers regard internship, volunteer, and service experience as relevant preparation for new hires.
