The Department of Basic Pharmaceutical Sciences is committed to the education, training and lifelong learning opportunities for pharmacy students as well as pharmacists, scientists and educators that enhance the lives within our community, nation and world. The Department is dedicated to the creation, dissemination and application of knowledge gained through state of the art biomedical and pharmaceutical research that furthers understanding of disease processes and development and refinement of therapies to enhance the quality of life through improved healthcare.
