  1. Select “Accommodation” on the left hand column of your Accommodate home page portal.
  2. Select “Accessibility Requests” in the drop-down menu.
  3. Your Accessibility Specialist is listed on the far-right side of the screen under “Case Manager.”

NOTE: You must send your Instructor Notifications at the beginning of each semester. If you receive “Books in Alternative Format” and/or any testing accommodations, you will not be able to submit alternative format requests or book an exam with the OARS Testing Center until you submit your Instructor Notifications.

How to send Instructor Notifications:

  1.  Log into your Accommodate Portal.
  2. Select Accommodate on the left side menu and scroll down and select Instructor Notification Requests.
  3. Select “Add New.”
  4. Select the correct semester in the drop down.
  5. Select “Review the Renewal.”
  6. Make sure accommodations match the course you will need the accommodations for. Review each accommodation and select Submit.
