Dear Parents,
A new academic year is just getting started at HPU, and we are excited to have our students back on campus. Looking back on this past summer, I am proud to report that HPU students demonstrated exceptional dedication and initiation in pursuing meaningful experiences that enhanced their personal and professional development. Concurrently, our faculty and staff diligently reviewed and revised our academic programs to ensure an outstanding educational experience and prepared campus facilities for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Hundreds of our students successfully completed challenging and enriching internships, effectively applying classroom knowledge in practical, real-world settings. HPU students completed a variety of impressive internships at major companies and organizations such as Bank of America, NBC Universal, Allegacy Financial, PNC Bank, the American Home Furnishings Hall of Fame and more.
In addition to these internship achievements, in May HPU students participated in four Global Experience programs in three countries and 14 Maymester programs in eight countries. We continue to expand these opportunities annually, adding new destinations and culturally immersive experiences.
Furthermore, a substantial number of our students remained on campus this summer to collaborate with faculty members on undergraduate research and creative projects spanning nearly 10 fields of study. These research and creative works partnerships exemplify our commitment to fostering scholarly inquiry and creative expression across all academic disciplines.
As we embark upon this new academic year, we are delighted to welcome our students back to campus and energized by the possibilities ahead. The experiences and growth students have demonstrated this summer position them exceptionally well for continued success in their academic pursuits and in the world as it is going to be.
We remain deeply grateful for your continued support and partnership in your student’s educational journey. Together, we will ensure that this academic year provides the foundation for their future achievements and contributions to our global community.
