The Dean’s Advisory Council is comprised of individuals who have established careers in the communication fields related to programs offered in the School of Communication. The Council meets onsite at least once each year. The Council’s principal function is to review School operations and curriculum and provide input on how the program can continue to exemplify industry best practices and to better serve various constituencies. The board will also randomly review a sample of student senior portfolios and provide feedback as to the quality of work in comparison to other institutions.
