Caffey Hall will open in Fall 2017, and is available to all upperclass students. Caffey Hall is a 143,000-square-foot residential community that will accommodate High Point University’s growing enrollment. The hall will house 309 students in a 1, 2, or 4 person unit constructed near the new Cottrell Hall. Each unit is comprised of all private bedrooms, kitchenette, living room, and semi-private bathrooms. Some amenities for Caffey Hall include: a community kitchen, game/theater rooms, group exercise room, recreation facility, private community outdoor balcony lounge, two laundry facilities on the 1st floor, and a variety of private and group study spaces. Each room will have a full sized bed.
