Summer Housing Request Form

  • Summer Housing Request Form

    Student organizations and/or departments needing members of their groups to reside on campus during the months of May, June, or July must submit a Summer Housing Request form to the Office of Student Life. This form must be submitted to the Office of Student Life by a University employee.

    This request must include a student roster. This roster must be an Excel document that includes student id, check in date and move out date.

    Please Note: Housing is NOT offered for any student after Wednesday, August 2nd.

  • Please provide your rational for needing the desired number of positions mentioned above for the summer months.

  • This list must be in the format of an Excel document. Please be sure to include Student ID numbers, the starting date, and the date the student should be checking out.
