Entrepreneurship Salary and Job Outlook
The Congdon School of Entrepreneurship reports a 99% placement rate for its graduates. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, top executives earned a median of $108,780 in May 2025, with about 304,100 openings a year projected from 2025 to 2035. Management analysts earned a median of $101,860, with 10% projected growth, and sales managers $148,270.

Competitions
Students compete in the HPU Business Plan Competition and the Elevator Pitch Competition for start-up funds. In 2026, Evan Taylor and Brianna Stinespring won $12,000 with Parkevo, reached the e-Fest semifinals and became finalists in the national AI Venture Velocity Challenge at Texas A&M. Students also attend the Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization national conference each year.
