No matter your availability, there is a way for you to make a difference in the lives of our prospective families! We have four levels of support for alumni volunteers and our current parents, so find the level at which you are most comfortable participating, and let’s get started! We’ll provide you with training, handbooks, and other resources you’ll need to succeed.
- Write notecards/emails to prospective families
- Be willing to accept a phone call from a parent of an admitted student to discuss a specific program you, as an Alumnus or your son/daughter may be involved in (ex. Learning Excellence, Summer Advantage, Athletics, & etc…)
- Recommend a prospective student to apply or visit

My name is Gina Weathers and I am the Assistant Director of Admissions for Parent and Alumni Engagement at High Point University. I am also a parent of an HPU Alumnus. My son Logan graduated in 2020!
